I received my tracking number and it isn't active, what's going on?

Tracking numbers are sometimes sent out prior to packages being dropped off at the post office or sometimes tracking may not be updated via USPS until the arrival of your package. Please feel free to contact us so we can update you should your tracking number not work.

• We reserve the right to refuse or refund any payment that we deem fraudulent. Before doing so we may contact you for further verification. 

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Should you suspect your package has been lost or stolen please contact your local post office for assistance.
